Throughout the four week term we will take a holistic approach to improving your overall health and wellbeing by addressing the
daily habits that affect your wellbeing including sleep, nutrition, and self care.
Beginner-friendly Classes
Our Matwork Pilates is suitable for all including complete beginners, and those returning to exercise or movement after a break.
This gentle session will teach the fundamentals of Pilates, improve your strength, mobility, and mind-body connection.
